PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic service!!! Bought a pack of medication which was sealed and in the same packet that they packed it in, walked out went to another store to meet my husband who then told me that the dosage was incorrect.. returned to the pharmacy a few minutes later and requested a smaller pack where the lady was adamant that it is company policy that they cannot take back the meds because I left the store, company policy that cannot even be found on the website. I pointed out that it was sealed and I just walked out to which she spoke to her colleagues requesting that they explain to me. Her colleagues just spoke to her in Afrikaans and made me feel like a complete fool as I am English speaking! This is unacceptable service and I cannot believe that a pharmacy that is so small as compared too many other pharmacies I have visited can be so rude and unaccommodating and just unhelpful. Not to mention ********* as surely it is policy to have a script for contraceptives which the lady advised a customer she could get without script if she paid cash.
