Pathetic customer service oval pharmacy ladysmith

<p>The other day i was at the oval pharmacy in Ladysmith ( my usual pharmacy) while waiting in line to pick up my medication from the dispencery counter, they were abit busy as usual so i normally deal with the Africian guy there is who always very helpful and quick as i am always in a rush. He was abit busy so i was dealing with the indian girl with short hair and glasses,when i got to the counter she had a phone call which i didnt mind but i did find abit unprofessional because as a customer i would like to know that i have first prefrence rather than her speaking on the phone for a whole six minutes and 45 seconds making lunch or dinner plans with whomever was on the other end of the call, as she continued to talk on the phone and completly ignored me i asked if she would be much longer to which she just ignored me to which point i turned around and left and went to clicks pharmacy and was done in five minutes. This isnt my first time expierencing this hassel with the same person at the oval pharmacy but i can certainly say that it is my last. Based on the few customers that i have spoken to they all have the same problem and they will also not be returning. taking personal calls while dealing with customers should be a big no no espically dealing with medication.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>A disrespected cutomer</p>
