No work Ethic and professionalism !!!!!!

I had an appointment today at 9;45 to take my daughter for her 12 month Vaccination . It was told by Belinda the sister at Pharmacy City N1 City to call and make arrangements for the Injection to be available on the day . I have been calling for the last 2 days holding on 5 minutes at a time and no one answers the Phone . I was told there are a massive fault with their phone lines , and this has clearly not been dealt with . Yesterday Eventually at 15h30 someone answered the phone just to tell me they don't have the injection . This morning I called again 6 times no one answered , eventually they answered . I left a message to ask that Belinda gives me a call . She called me and the call cut , she didn't return my call I had to call back and hold on another 3 minut before someone answered the call . I was put on hold To speak to Belinda , I asked Belinda if she could move my appointment to later today when the vaccination arrives she said no she cant . I explained my frustration to her about how I called numerous times , while I was still speaking the phone was handed to Nikki Voslooi , the branch manager . She raised her voice at me asking me why I am disturbing them by calling all the time . No one apologised for the phone lines that are down , no one asked to reschedule my appointment . Nikki Voslooi should not work with people , she has zero patience Zero work Ethic and no professionalism . She should be fired . As for the store itself , they are understaffed , they should get another sister . I expect Nikki Voslooi to call me today reschedule my appointment for 1 o clock , the sister wont die if she needs to work 10 minutes later !
