Lindi's bad behaviour

I went to alpha pharm to get an injection, everyone at front desk was so friendly, but then when i went for my injection the lady was very angry & i asked her if she was ok, she told me to bend over. I'm already scared of needles & i was very uncomfortable so i asked her if there's anyone else who could attend to me she harshly said no, i then had to abort the mission, cause it seemed like she was forced to do her job. I then went to the lady at front desk & told her about the other lady's behaviour she profusely apologised then on the background we overheard the rude lady yelling "she's full of ****" , i then asked if she was referring to me, the lady's at front desk were so embarrassed & never said anything, even other customers were so astonished about her behaviour.

Can she please be dealt with ASAP, i normally go to alpha pharm Ballito & never have experienced such uncouth behaviour.
