I received the worst service at your branch last night from a female pharmacist. It was my first time experiencing such service at your branch (205A Oxford St, Southernwood, East London, 5201).

After standing in line for so long she directed me to another counter to go fetch my medication and start the line again from the bottom since I wasn't paying cash, I specifically went to the pharmacist counter because it's the only one that does medical aid claims. I ended up paying cash because I was in no physical strength to stand in a long line AGAIN
