Illtreated Patient

I was in this pharmacy ( 6 Byrne Streer; Empangeni) on the 07th January 2019 and I was assisted by a fair skin chubby full of attitude lady who I believe does not put customers first. I forgot to take her name but she works with medical aid patients/Clients. As I was ordering medication she was writing them down on a small piece of paper and quickly gave someone at the back to take the medicines for me. She did not even ask if is that all I wanted and I was still not finished as though she took the paper away, she then called someone behind me and I was still on the counter and I politely said I haven't finished. She then looked me straight in the face with a very high attitude "Ngilalele, (I'm listening). Told her I need multivitamin for kids and she did not even bother to ask which age, she just shouted the person at the back to add that. She get back to me with the same attitude "Uqedile" (Are you done).

When I got home she gave me wrong multivitamin for 3 year old and upwards person whereas I wanted for a 1-3 year old.

To top it off she did not tell how to administer medication fortunayely enough others were written but Maybulene tablets was not written even the paper inside the container was not written.

I've been to other pharmacies and they tell you how you give the medication and even stick out the Dosages on the container so the patient would know.

I felt this lady illtreated me with her attitude and it is the second time experiencing this with the same person. I would raise it up with a manager if I had time but I was rushing yesterday as my child was not feeling well. First time she did this I was pregnant.
