#30in30 I would like to sincerely thank and honour the management and every single member of this amazing team at Hayfields Alpha Pharmacy, Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg ;from front to back these dedicated and extremely friendly people go the extra Mile. I spent only a few minutes in the que in their store where they had made every effort possible to keep their patrons safe and their standard of hygiene was impressive. Whilst in this que I watched them all tirelessly attend to each and every customer with care and compassion, they look tired but are working with such sense of purpose. Those that have been there a few times become known to the staff and the sense of family I received there and the looking beyond the pandemic facing us the staff were up beat and generous with their kind words. I can't explain in a few words how this Pharmacy and my experiences there has touched a special place in my heart. Listening to all the customers chatting away with these true superstars makes me think how the family pharmacies of the old days must have been like. To the pharmacists that give their personal cell numbers to their clients so that if they have any worries or emergencies can contact them at a moments notice. This is special in today's society.
