Harsh and Rude Pharmarcy Manager at Murray Square Pharmacy Pinetown

I had the worst and most humiliating experience at Alpha Med Pharmacy Murray Square from the MANAGER himself. I usually go there without my medical aid card and get assistance as they already have my details in their system. As always I went to get medication without the card and I was assisted by their MANAGER. The MANAGER asked for my details (in no polite manner), I told him and he could not find my details. He asked for my first name, just when I was giving him - he started shouting at me. While I was shocked at what was happening, his colleague tried to tell him the alphabets of my name. We could not even finished. I was being shouted at like a child, I was told to go get a card as he could not assist me. The manner of which he handled the situation is very rude and humiliating as there were other customers looking at this foolish girl, who cannot give her details according to him (which is something I have been successfully giving numerous times). I was so ashamed that I stood on the side and asked for other pharmacist to assist me, which he gladly did. Just when he was helping me, the same MANAGER came to me shouting again. At that point, I just decided to ignore him and faced away as it did not make sense to me as to how can the MANAGER himself not be able to treat customers politely. Fortunately, the other pharmacist helped and I got my medication in a very smooth, respectful and polite way. However, I hope what happened to me does not happen to any other person. It is humiliating to be shouted at by a stranger and being made a fool in front of other people, especially as a customer. I am still asking myself why was I treated like that, why was that man so rude and what happened to customer respect.
