Disgusting service at Alpha Pharmacy Wavecrest, Strandfontein

Quite bad and rude service, by Kyle at Alpha pharmacy in wavecrest. I'm utterly disgusted by the rude customer service I received from alpha pharmacy in wavecerest, who I've been supporting for over 2 decades. On 14 December 2021 at about 17:50, my wife called me to say that she ran out of her blood thinner medication which is vital to her recovery and life threatening if she misses a dosage and I was on my way home from work. I then asked her to phone the pharmacy. She called and they stated that they dont take in orders on the phone they're quite busy now but you can come and they close at 6. Needless to say I got there at about 18:04, and the door was locked, but there was still people inside. I waited for a minute or two, and kyle came to the door to let the customer out. I told him about the situation that my wife ran out of blood thinners for her blood clot, which he was aware of as he always tends to me ,him and andre. Then he asked me VERY abruptly why I'm coming only this time, I then proceeded to tell him I came straight from work, I'm sorry , but the blood thinners are very important as she cant skip it. He then abruptly told me he is not going to assist me,and said no, and pushed me out of the doorway and closed the door in my face,While the customers were all looking at me , customers inside and outside. I felt so humiliated and did not expect this from a customer facing person and pharmacy who I have dealt for years. Needless to say, this is not about me, but the fact that they are endangering the health of my wife as she needs the blood clots. To my defense, I know I was a few minutes late as the time stated 18:04, but knowing the situation of my wife, they could have assisted me, as I KNOW Andre erasmus would have done if he was there. Then another one of his colleagues came walking from the shop into the pharmacy and mocked at me that we are closed and I am not coming in. I was late ,I know that, but no need to have made the dockery of the situation. Point is , my wife needs to take the medication everydsy,its very important and I know negligence was on I side for realizing too late her medication had run out, but as the main pharmacist is aware,we are having problems with the medical aid and I am paying for the medication cash that's why we can only buy a few at a time,and Its very expensive. Point is,I am VERY disgusted by this customer service, and I will not be recommending them to anyone and I am changing my point of collection of medicine to another pharmacy due to this DISGUSTING, BAD and HUMILIATING experience by Kyle. I think the manner and the way he handled the situation was very unprofessional and makes the pharmacy looks bad. They portray themselves as upstanding pillars of Strandfontein community, but this is how they treat their community members.
