bad service day

<p>I received the worst service ever in alpha pharmacy circus triangle all because i asked what time are they openning because we have been standing out side the shop since 8:45 and when it was 9:00 they did not open untill it was 9:10. My only mistake was to ask the lady in the till what time are they openning since its written 9:00 in the door, YHOOOO the shouting i received was beyond this world, she told me that she will not answer that i should go and ask Nolwandle and i should not change her day in a sunday morning, there was even another lady who also shouted me that they will not answer that why dont i go to the manager. AM SO DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THEIR SERVICE SHE EVEN TOLD ME THAT I CAN CALL THE DIRETOR IF I WANT TO.</p>
