Bad manager service

The unit 3 branch Chatsworth Shop 3 Damna Centre, 17 Joyhurst St, Chatsworth, 4092 the manager is very rude I called in to get a delivery after my wife had a dispute with them the manager said he will deliver but my wife is abrupt so we agreed on the delivery then he continues talking Abt my wife so I defended he he got angry n said he decides who they want to deliver to or not then said there's no stock n cut the call very bad customer service from this people they need to understand customer is king. Something needs to be done
