bad customer service

<p>I was at your branch in koeberg road </p> <p>i was assisted by a young lady named Bianca</p> <p>I asked if she has something for nausea and gave me a green little box i asked if she can process it through my medical aid she then abrubtly told me there might be co payment my husband asked her if she can check for us while we were waiting on the transaction to process my husband and i were having a conversation i Asked my husband if she must first check before processing anything, she rudely interupts our conversation and starts shouting at us saying that is not what we have requested her to do my husband and i was in shock as she was causing a scene i asked her name she said"My namebis Bianca and can go report if you want" i calmly spoke to her telling asking why is she shouting and she carried on shouting at us i told thats not how you deal with clients she then tells me"Well maybe i am in the wrong profession" never have i have experianced such unprofessional service before, i was not feeling well and then i get this treatment</p>
