Appaulling service.

The service from Ayanda from alpha pharmacy in Protea Glen mall is disgusting. I went there to buy some medication on the 21/07/18 and I paid with a card. Their machine was also a tap and go and when I saw her inserting the card I asked why doesn't she use tap and go and her response was'' I don't want to use that, I want to insert the card''. I then asked if it depended on her? and she said yes, it did. I tried telling her she is being rude and she asked me so what?
