Alpha pharmacy you need to train your people or remove them from using or dragging your franchise into disrepute

I went to one of your franchise in Kokstad to buy go-pain syrup and as i was paying at the tills it scanned more than what the sticker had. The cashier called one of the dispensary staff but they were helpless and I was referred to the pharmacist, Esme Adam. I requested that I pay the price as on the sticker, yhooo the lady frowned and told me it was her staff's problem and not hers. People were starring at us now. I said to her madam, the only cash I have is the was displayed. That made her more furious and started shouting at me telling me that it was her business and can do whatever she likes, can charge whatever price they wish. Still I stood there acknowledging that she was right but I insisted on paying the price on the sticker. She started swearing in Afrikaans, I'm not good at it but I could hear a few words. One of her employees told her that I was going to call Alpha pharmacy and only by then that she requested for my ID and my cellphone numbers claiming that it was required by the law, I gave it to her. I was treated as "very black" even one of her staff exclaimed that it was only because I was black and to me that sounded racisist. I went to pay and as i got into the car I opened the bottle only to find she gave me the wrong bottle, I went back there to find her still shouting and I requested for what I paid for.

As someone with a profession like hers, I didn't imagine the attitude I received from her. Please Alpha speak to her nicely because she is denting your image, bringing your name into disrepute. She's totally out of it! She needs a professional if you ask me.

Or please suggest to her that she runs her business as ESME ADAM PHARMACIES and not ALPHA PHARMACY. She is damn rude trust me.
