Gas issue solved professionally on a weekend.

Had an issue with the gas connection to my unit, called Donovan on a Saturday and even though he was off...he was quick, professional and very help, they dispatched a technician (Tumi) and my issue was resolved promptly. It's good to know that the service we are paying for is indeed reliable.
