Worst service ever!

I logged a claim under my house content for my washing machine that broke. I am paying for house content and power surge protect. Needless to say this insurance is full of stories and rejected my claim. Don't be fooled by brokers promising you that this is the best insurance with the best service. This is all lies. I am cancelling my insurance with IUM. Empty promises and full of lies. I will reccomend people to avoid IUM at all costs. They will take your money and when you have a problem they will not deliver.
