Worst service ever

I was informed that Carly from IUM would be investigating and solving my problem but instead, i get this emailed to me..........Just goes to show that this is exactly as i was saying they don't care about the fact that their client was the one in default as long as they can ***** our children's hard earned money and the rich client is getting away with ******?????????? while my poor children have to cough up money they don't have. I am very sorry IUM but that is not the way it will be done...... Your rich business owner client from Marmernova can get this done and you should push him to do so, because the children's car was in a lovely and driveable condition before your rich client decided to be reckless and destroy their car, you IUM should be ashamed of yourselves to be called an insurance company, i know i will never advice anybody to use IUM. Dear Nico, With regards to your correspondence below, the content of which has been noted. Please take note, as the third party, it’s your sole responsibility to provide our offices with 1) three alternative repair quotations regarding the damages sustained to your vehicle, 2) a sketch and description of the loss, 3) photos of the damaged vehicle, 4) a copy of your vehicle registration certificate and/or finance agreement and 5) a no-claims notification letter if you were insured at the time of loss and you do not wish to claim via your own insurance. This information can be forwarded to ********** Once forwarded, your matter will be allocated to IUM’s appointed attorneys to attend to this claim on our behalf. I confirm that IUM will not be appointing an assessor on your behalf and/or arrange a courtesy vehicle as you are the third party and not IUM’s insured in this instance. Should you not be satisfied with the above, you are more than welcome to approach your own legal counsel/representative for further advice/action. Thanks for NOTHING IUM....Right everybody as you can see they just wont budge they still expect my Kids to cough up money they dont have.....No problem IUM.... call my daughter on the no i provided on the email and get the rich client to pay in R1350 so that they can get the quotes done, then you have done your part kind of....??????
