Useless and pathetic

A Skip Waste truck on the highway dropped parts on the road which came straight to my vehicle damaging my wheel, tyre and bumper. I took all the details, images and sent Skip Waste the evidence, Leanke Nikles and Rialine van der Merwe who then referred me to their insurance IUM. They asked for quotations, description and images. I have submitted all this and its been four weeks no response from anyone in their office. Send e-mails again asking for response but no answer. Angela , Eddie, Ferdie ,Vanessa Van Der Westhuizen, Adrian Francis, Jaco Gnade, Dion Bezuidenhout, Roxanne Van Kal. Please reimburse me my costs as I had to replace my tyres and fix my mag wheel as a result of this incident.
