This matter is still...
This matter is still outstanding, since March... After my bad rating in your sight I quickly received an email from the compliance officer she has since then ignored this case. My matter is still outstanding with no updates from the consultant. After months we get random requests for documents but nothing to tell us at which stage our case is.
