Insurance Underwriting Managers

Insurance underwriting managers have charged me to insure a Kawasaki motor cycle for 18 months that I don't even own. They agreed they had but only refunded me half of the R7534.00 rand they owe me. They have blocked me from emailing them. They refuse to take my calls. They must be classed as the worst insurance company ever.

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter

Natasha, This is typical of IUM. I have spoken to you on the phone and by email. You have all the documents. If they have gone missing again, please contact your Leisure Manager. Michelle Broadhurst, or Kallie Steyn, or Peter van me Kerk, Michelle is the last person that refused to pay me my money that you overcharged me for 18 months. I am not being difficult, I am not asking for interest on your mistake, just pay me the full amount that you owe, and that you admitted to, not half.

Good Day Sir

I refer you to the information sent to you by Michelle from our offices. The refund you require is from Enbridge and not from IUM.

Hi Mr Brockman,

With reference to your complaint duly received from our compliance officer.

Please note that you may contact Ina Halgryn from Enbridge, who is copied in on this mail, in order to discuss the additional refund due. Contact details hereunder:

Ina Halgryn – ***

We confirm further that IUM removed the motorcycle from the date the policy incepted and refunded the amount due from IUM.

Enbridge will require confirmation exactly when the bike should have been removed in order to ascertain the correct refund due.

I trust you will find all in order.

With kind regards,

Best regards,

Again IUM is passing the buck. If you take over from another underwriter and do not inform the client. You then assume responsibility for that policy. Do you not! If you did not no your homework as you are bound to do, this is a typical example IUM's shoddy and appalling service they dish out to their clients.

The right thing to do, is you go back to Enbridge who you took over my policy from with out my knowledge and get my money. Peter van ne Kerk the then Enbridge boss works for you now and sits in your office. So do the right thing, This of course only if IUM are a honorable and reputable company as you state

This is your responsibility you are responsible for the money you overcharged me. You took over the account with out my knowledge, you never informed me that I was insured with you. I will not now go and deal with a third party to get my money. You did not take over potion of the account..but the whole account. This response shows a total lack of respect for your clients and their money that they trusted you with. You collect my money and credit my account.

Hi Natasha

This needs to be sorted out from Embridge as IUM has refunded the client what was due to him.
