Repairs to vehicle not completed

Regarding Claim IUL67847: The process From start to finish, all five weeks of it, was a scary exercise in poor service. The service provider you (not I) selected, I still have a car that is not repaired. The bonnet is misaligned and spacers were used to try to make a *****ed frame look straight. Your assessor called last week with promises to come and see the vehicle at my premises but has followed the now apparent IUM philosophy of not delivering. The number from which he called remains unavailable.
