Poor service claiming from IUM as a third party
<p>I was involved in an accident on the 10/09/2016, yes that long ago. Whereby an Uber driver insured by IUM negligently skipping the robot and came into my right of way causing damage to my vehicle and putting my life at risk. I contacted IUM soon after being released from hospital and my case was handled by a lady by the name Vanessa. Having submitted all required documents weeks went by with no answer. I called IUM (Vanessa) on numerous occasions till to a point where she told me that IUM will not entertain my claim. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. They tell their clients that's they cover for third-party whereas they don't. With such unprofessional employees.</p>
