Municipality watermains burst about 8 months ago, at first they said it was groundwater, but after a sample of the water were tested positive for high volume of Chlorine, they came to the conclusion that it was in fact water for human consumption which originated from a leak in their main watersupply. Filled in the relevant forms with photos and registered a claim witheir so called insurer(IUM) At first they came up with water storage tanks on my property, which i don't have, then it actually took them a month to respond, this after numerous emails, only to inform me that my claim was declined. They opened the road and located the leak on the pipe, so proof of the leak as well as report from independent water lab to confirm high concentration of Chlorine in the sample, they still won't except responsibility of damages occurred. I believe that they have a policy"we hassle and don't pay
