No feedback - 3rd Party Claim

A client of IUM drove into me over a month ago. We called IUM to submit a 3rd party claim. We were given an email address where we had to send to submit the information regarding the accident. The IUM responded and gave a contact telephone number as well as an email address. The contact telephone and the email is address does not work. Can someone please get back to us regarding the 3rd party claim.....
