No fault of mine

If a person parks his/her car in a locked garage with the Building Alarm and the car alarm Activate, the car is ****** at no fault of the owner. With a police report/investigating and proving that it was no fault of the owner, why is this used against the owner in regards to insurance premiums. It is understandable if the owner is found to be liable and thereby bear the brunt of escalated premiums. I submitted a claim via 3rd party as my vehicle was parked at a Stop sign and another individual drove into the front of my vehicle. How is this my FAULT. Why is this used against my policy.

Frustrating the way we must all pay for *********** drivers that buy their licences and those that have regards for others.
