NO Brake test was done ...

Our claim was rejected due to brake failure on our Truck , the inspector just looked at the brakes , did not even do a brake test to ensure that the truck had no brakes , we also got a report from the towing company that THEY HAS TO LOOSEN THE BRAKES IN ORDER TO TOW THE TRUCK. It seems like IUM is to lazy to do further investigate and quick to decline our claim . It took them 2 weeks to decline my claim .This is the worst insurance company ever. I'm currently taking them to the ombudsman. We have proof that our truck and trailer has brakes .... Outsurance is paying us for our goods in transit without a hustle. Definitely changing my insurance ...
