Nightmare

I had an accident on 02 Sept. By 04 October when I had to return the courtesy car, repairs on the car had not even been started as parts hadn't been received. Parts ETC was 17 Oct, repair centre ended up receiving them a few days after. Repair centre finished working on the car last week, but had to send it through to Volvo because it wasn't starting. Another week has ended without any progress - diagnostics are being run to no avail and im being told issue might be resolved in days or weeks or months (can you imagine hearing this from people you are expected to trust to fix your car?). I informed IUM about this myself and an assessor still hasn't been sent to Volvo to check my vehicle - and apparently I can't even get them to commit to a time when this might happen. Mean time, I am without a car I actually need - this will be the 4th month.
