IUM, underwritten by Guardrisk -most terrible service ever!

Really disappointed with the service received. Registered a claim October 2021, remains of my late husband's bike were collected for safe keeping by Motorbike Salvage SA as collection was authorized by IUM. For my surprise a week later remains of bike were already sold but claim not finalized by IUM. So someone from IUM gave an instruction to Salvage place to sell something that legally doesn't belong to them. A year later IUM still cannot explain how that happened and why it happened but SAPS is currently involved and investigating as I opened a case of theaft against IUM and the Salvage company. It is sickening to see how big company as IUM ,underwritten by Guardrisk, can do whatever they want, whenever they want with no legal consequences for them.
