IUM INSURANCE *****STERS

I was injured at checkers Waverley last month. Injured my knee, which I had a knee replacement last year, also injured my hip and back. I had 5 fusions in my back before. IUM declined my pay out for pain and suffering. I'm still walking with crutches and battle to sleep. People take your businesses away from this company, they are *****sters. I saw my doctor after the incident and he ordered xrays. I also had concussion. All the reports were sent to IUM, they had my paperwork for 3 weeks, and then rep**** that I was to blame for negligence and in future I must look where I walk. And if I want to see an attorney, I'm free to do so, IUM will fight this matter in court. Very rude people that work there. I would suggest companies that belong to them, to withdraw from them.
