IUM Insurance declined my clain

About a month ago I fell right outside checker Waverley over a crate that should not have been there. I got badly injured. I reported it to checkers head office. I went to see my doctor and had xrays done. Luckily no bones were broken, but I injured my knee (where I had a knee replacement last year) my hip and back. They were busy with my papers for 3 weeks, just to reply to me my case has been declined. The negligence was from my side and I must in future look where I walk. People, no matter if you are a small or big business, stay away from this insurance company. I will make sure IUM comes to a fall. I have attorneys backing me. But please remove your companies from them. Ivaan
