IUM car insurance wont approve claim for repairs at dealership.
Recently had my car pick up some serious road rash, IUM won’t approve repairs at Porsche SA and Porsche SA won’t allow my vehicle to be repaired at any third-party service providers as the vehicle is still under a preowned service plan. IUM is claiming that repair quote by Porsche is too expensive for a 3-year-old vehicle with 22k KM. What's the point of having insurance when your cover won't approve damages sustained. it's now been 7months and IUM are still getting back to me.
