Insurance Underwriting Managers (IUM)

I have been dealing with this company since July after their client smashed my car and wrote it off. I have emailed them everything they requested. There is no following up with me what so ever. I have emailed them and the service advisor just don't even bother replying. I am sitting here with a non running car with no money to fix. The worst part is their client did acknowledge that she was wrong but I am told it will take 6 weeks for this claim to be assessed even after all relevant documents sent.
