Gentle Service - Claims
<p>Had an accident and called in to get my stuff sorted with IUM working on behalf of BMW Insurance. Met with Antel from IUM who was very gentle over the phone, very calm about the claim process and assured me constantly to ensure my claim would be processed speedily. This kind of service is not seen everywhere, and I commend the entire team - from the call in to BMW Insurance - Jennie Singh, to sign up, under Black Connect, then to Antel and Chad at IUM to care for my needs. It has been a remarkable study in customer service execution at its highest level. </p>
