frustrated 3rd party claim with IUM

Morning Hello peter team ,still nothing changes on my claim with ium.My claim number IUL22548 since april 2021 they said we are waiting for Mac Donalds trucks to submit the car history documents,i send Mac Donald an email to ask them to help me with the document required by the insurance the lady asked them to haddle my claim

I was so happy wen their compliance officer started communicating with me but whenever i write an email to the liability claims adminstrator who is in charge of my claim he ignores my emails for the past 2weeks ,i even tried to add the compliance officer on every email i sent but still no response from ium. Ium please responds to my emails since the accident happen in february 2021 till today the last respond was ur still verifying merit of my claim for almost six months i dont even know on which state is my claim is it valid or not these is really wrong IUM i provided everything to Adrian but you keep saying ur waiting for car history from Mac donald trucks .Shana Aleixo please help me to get respond from Adrian as i cannot be given the same responds for 4months no changes ,these is really fustrating to me as i dont have any car to use and i am paying an installment of the car which i dont use.
