Excessive delays dealing with this company.

Had a poor experience dealing with this company. They were the insurer/underwriter in a third-party claim. The delays initiated on their side were extreme. For example: Sent in my quotes on 19 Sept 2019. Only received their first offer 10 December 2019 (more than 60 days to make an offer) Accepted second offer and signed release on 14th Feb 2020. No payment for months even after being advised that it takes 30 days. Payment received on 20 May 2020 (took more than 90 days for payment even after i signed release). Whole matter took 8 months for resolution.
