Baddest service ever.

Poorest service I have ever experienced with anyone else. I have put in my claim(IUL34038) in February after I hit at the back by one of IUM client and I still haven't been help. The lady I deal with keep saying she is waiting for the proof of payment for the settlement from the insured. Sometimes she's escalated the matter with the management but still no response whatsoever.

I'm really sick and tired of this joke of a company. I have sent everything they required from as a third party, claimed but..... IUM service is so so bad. They actually don't care about anyone but themselves.
