Bad Claims Experience

Bad claims experience. Submitted a small claim for just over R4000 for fridge contents that went off when we had no power for over a weak due to an electrical fault at the substation. These people tried to apply an exclusion clause which didnt even apply to that section of my policy and declined the claim. I have been asking for a repudiation letter to explain why the claim was not paid as there is cover in my policy wording but they just dont care or respond. They will find a million excuses not to pay your claim.
