AMI Insurers

I was informed of a leakage and fire/steam coming from a solar geyser at my property. This morning, 1st thing I contacted AMI because in my state of mind last night I never had the emergency number. The lady who responded to my call was Christelle and she promised to expedite my claim immediately. Shortly after that Thando contacted me and actioned the process. She obviously contacted the plumber immediately. In all my years of being insured I’ve never experienced such fantastic and prompt service. Janine followed up the call and she wanted to know how far the plumber was. Unfortunately I was not able to fill her in because my daughter resides at that address. An amendment was added to my policy which included the solar geyser and boy, was I impressed with the service of AMI. I would highly recommend this company to anyone out there seeking peace of mind from an insurer. Keep up the sterling work AMI.
