Adrian Francis is so *********** and making IUM look bad

*** I was bumped by IUM client and I had submitted all required documents and they told me my matter will be assessed within 30 days. I have not received any feedback and my case is being handled by an *********** person named Adrian Francis who dsnt even bother to communicate or return emails, he says he is “behind with emails”. I am so dissatisfied and hoped that once this matter is resolved I was going to take up insurance with you. If this matter is not resolved I am going to take your client to small claims court and in turn he said if you don’t pay he will proceed to close his policy.
