Accident

Good day . I have sent in my claim on the 3 June 24. Claim number IUL72793. They said it will take 3 months to be sorted. I dealt with 3 people there. Their names are Johan, Grant and Thuleka. They keep me in the dark. It’s been 6 months now I am still waiting for the pay out so that I can fix my car. I’m out of transport for whole 6 months, the lady by the name Thuleka said by today she will give me feedback. I’m still waiting, this is not on. The company that drove into my car has paid the excess. And the said two weeks back it’s gone to the assessor. Now today I called it’s still by the assessor. It suppose to take 48hrs it’s more Han 2 weeks now. Please help
