IUM has exceeded my expectations when dealing with my motor vehicle claim. There was no need for me to take my car to a panel beater for a quote.They assessed my vehicle damage the same day using an app I had to download, and the whole assessment to 15 minutes.

I was regularly updated on the progress of my repairs and the whole process was seamless.

Well done IUM, you are a true example of how clients should be treated.
