A Hopeless Situation

<p>Almost a year ago, in September 2016, my neighbour knocked my bike over with his car. He contacted his insurer, Hollard, and they inturn contacted me. </p> <p>I needed to send some information to Hollard, and asked IUM to assist. I have an e-mail from IUM stating that the third-party insurance was sorted out. </p> <p>After months of waiting for parts for the bike, I was eventually called by Harley-Davidson Johannesburg to pick up the bike. But all of a sudden nobody knew of the third-party insurance claim from Hollard. </p> <p>I had to resend everything to Hollard (even though I have written proof from IUM stating that it has been sorted out), and it seems IUM has now washed their hands of this. Now Hollard is not responding to any of my e-mails, and have also written a review of them.</p> <p>The fact of the matter is, I have an e-mail, that says the third party from Hollard is to be paid for the repair of the bike. Now it seems it is being ignored. </p> <p>I have also been paying insurance on a bike I haven't been riding for 8 months. </p>
