Wrongfully placed under debt review

I was called by an agent from Alpha debt management, she smoothed talked me and said she was assisting me with reducing my instalments. Because i was on maternity leave i asked if i can cancel anytime and she said there is no problem. I paid for 3 months then called to cancel as i can now afford to pay my accounts they tell me i cant because i am under debt review, what the ****? Who did they discuss with? I send a withdrawal letter they sent me a stupid form they call 17.w that states i am not co operating with them therefore they cannot assist further, okay who asked this Alpha people to place me under review? And how do they know i am indebted? They dont have proof of my salaries or anything. They took my money just to place me under debt review? The company is a **** and need to stop operating, the ombudsman must assist on this one. The person who was communicating with me on emails is Nawal Nolan, i want my name removed.
