Alpha debt management is ***
People must not allow this Alpha debt management to help them . They put you on red flag you won’t be able to get loans or any credit. The call you and rob you to join the pretending the wanna help you where else the put you in **** now I’m stark I can get any credit or any job because of them.

Alpha Debt Management is horrible
Alpha phoned me and said that my bank selected me for their services to help me get lower interest rates on my loans. They even said ' Congratulations '. Well it did not work out as they only wanted to do 2 accounts! I said no thank you. Mind you, all my debt was up to date until they entered the picture. I asked to cancel within a few days. They said I must pay them over R8000 to cancel. They settled for R5000 which I paid. I thought once I paid, this nightmare will be over, but alas! They told my creditors that I was unco‐operative! Instead of just giving me the document stating that it was cancelled. Now I cannot even use my cheque account. Legalwise is assisting. E now. This nightmare is still continuing and I won't give up

Alpha Debt Management is horrible

Alpha dept redflag?, Justise or Revenge
Alpha dept has intruduce me to dept control, i refused to take it, and the person @ Alpha dept has redflag me, so o can not apply for any loan, it took me 5 years after covid 19 to get a job, finally all went well, until Apha dept, regflag me just because i did not choose there way, is this fare,???

Worst Company Ever !!!!
Disgusting the misleading of information provided, they represented themselves as part of our bank. I need them to send us a clearance certificate now in order to remove us from debt review , how can you put someone on debt review when they have NO debt to clear!! They put a debt order on our account of R8600 which is not there money to take, this resulted in non-payment of our home loan. We have formally opened a case with Saps! Emails and calls are being ignored, contact numbers provided don't even work. Do not under any circumstances accept calls or listen to these people.. Looking at reviews from different platforms they only respond when they get good praise, which is 1 out of 10!!!!

Ive settled the account and ive received the settlement letter and sent it to them I need them to send me a clearance letter so that I can be cleared I was inContact with Monica but she seems to be ignoring my emails and my calls if you want peace don't have work with tis company they don't care about their clients nor our queries

Alpha Debt Management
i get a call twice a week over the last two months. There is no opt out option in the automated intro. Then everytime i speak to a consultant and ask them to remove my number - they pretend they don't hear me and hang up the phone. This is a buisiness line and you claim to be calling on behalf of Standard bank. I want this removed - since I do not need or want your services and NONE of you take my request to remove my number. This is shocking.

I would like to lay a formal complaint about this Alpha Debt Management company, which called me and asked for my ID number. When I spoke to the consultant I asked if they were calling from my bank. The agent said yes and I gave my ID number now I have messages saying I app**** for Debt management. Which I didnt. This is serious misrepresentation. ***** ***** *****.
