Wesbank

I was under debt review with alpha debt management for a few years I paid off all my accounts but one remains wesbank and my understanding im still under debt review but they told wesbank ima no longer under debt review since last year October R3000 was deducted every month till the lock down I tried calling sending emails and no reply back form then regarding my account because I wanted to no what was happening due to a call i got form wesbank so this year April 8th a wesbank representative came to see me and take my car i was lost for word's i never received any feed back or notified by wesbank or alpha debt management what was going on so wesbank took me to court for late payments due to alpha debt management so I lost my car now using public transportation but i asked for a bank account from wesbank to make that payments i dont know what is going on and still have no answers from both parties alpha debt management is a joke and wesbank took there word over mine.
