Unprofessional

I'm under debt management from Alpha Debt Management and honestly I regret making this decision, the lady that phoned me was quick to assist me but now that I have a issue for about four months now she has been ignoring me and that's very unprofessional if you ask me, my issue is that I was told that I qualify to get my loans down and she helped me create a stop order on my banking app to pay Alpha Debt Management that amount, I have three loan and she told me she will phone all of them.

All was well and done for about three months then your company amount went off as well as my loans, this wasn't the agreement and is a breach of contract.

I'm very disappointed with the service that Alpha Debt Management provides me and I can't get my money back because the bank states that the company itself should refund me but no one and I mean no one answers the phones.
