Under debt review without my consent!

I got a call from Queen one of their call centre agents and didn't fully understand what I was getting myself into. I tried contacting them to cancel my application and no response, all emails were blocked from going through and none of their contact numbers that are listed are reachable. I'm so frustrated, don't know how to remove myself from debt review.. All my accounts are blocked and I'm not able to purchase on any of my accounts. None of this was told to me and I was put under debt review without my consent. | did not approve for any debits. Please help!!!
