Removal from alpha debt management

I have a problem with alpha debt management. They called and they rushed mr to sign which they didn't explain what they all about. Now when I told them I want to be out they said I must send a withdrawal letter hence I did. After they said I must pay R300 socthat they will take me out but they said I will still be flagged with them until I submit paid up letters from my debtor. I told them I will deal with my debtor now they want me to pay R4800 which is absurd.
