Poor Service from Alpha Debt Management

I'm so disappointed on the poor service we get from these debt councilors. I paid a fee in June to be removed from debt review and I was instructed to wait for 21 days for them to issue a clearance certificate, after a whole month and two weeks on top of that they finally issued a clearance certificate but I only received a screenshot of it, no pdf. They advised that they will send the pdf and they have sent it to the credit bureaus to update the credit profile and till today I have not received the pdf copy and my credit profile is still not updated.Im so ****ed off by the lies and all, It has gotten to a point where I'm thinking they are the ****mers and I will take further steps if they don't sort this by this week.
