Please Help me

I want to cancel the debt counselling service that "they" offered to me but then they're ignoring my calls and they've sent me to credit bureau because I denied to do their stop order they don't even have my payslip,statement and proof of address and now I can't pay my other debts I'll end being blacklisted.
